Valentine Heart Confetti Pancakes
We {heart} Valentine’s Day! It’s so fun making anything and everything special for our sweethearts! Make a breakfast to be remembered for your little (or big) Valentine with these Heart Confetti Pancakes! So simple and festive, they will feel the love!
- 1-1/2 Cups of Flour
- 1-1/4 Cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- Pink & purple gel food coloring
- Red & white sprinkles
- Non stick cooking spray
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour, milk, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla and baking powder
- Mix your ingredients well
- Separate your batter into 2 separate bowls, add one drop pink food coloring to one, and one drop purple to the other and mix
- Scoop your batters into separate ziploc bags and seal well
- Cut one small corner off each bag
- Spray your griddle with a non stick cooking spray, turn it on to 250 degrees
- Use your bags of batter to draw hearts, then fill them in with more batter
- Sprinkle on a few red and white sprinkles, and flip when ready
- Cook your pancakes on both sides for about 30-45 seconds
- Once your pancakes are finished, add a little butter and syrup and enjoy!
