Keto has been the direction my home is going. When you go after a diet like Keto, you must go all in for it all to line up and take effect. This Mouthwatering Caesar Chicken Keto Recipe will not disappointing. It’s a tasty recipe for the entire family!
According to Healthline.com, a ketogenic diet (often termed keto) is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake, and replacing it with fat. The reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.
A Keto diet can be very flavorful, you really are not limited on taste but you are limited on some foods. In short, you should eat REAL food such as meat, eggs, nuts, yogurt, vegetables and occasionally some fruits. Apart from the obvious limitation of carbohydrates in foods, it is also recommended to avoid processed food and any food that may contain preservatives and colorings. Again, low-carb, high-fat!

- 2-3 medium size chicken breasts
- 1/2 C. Caesar dressing
- 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8×8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the baking dish and salt & pepper them.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with salad.
