Those brownies look great! Neapolitan is my dad’s favorite kind of ice cream, so I bet he would enjoy these brownies too.

I just made these cheesecake bars! The only thing I changed was the pink frosting. I found that just 3 cups of powdered sugar made the mixture into a rock hard fondant-like frosting. It wouldn’t have spread the way it needed to so I then added 1/3 cup of milk. This made it more into a creamy frosting. Waiting for them to cool for 2 hours now. They’ll be good!

I was wondering if the cream cheese and eggs need to be room temp for the cheese filling..i think most cheesecakes do…but i want to be sure
Ashley at Frugal Coupon Living says
Definitely preferable but not a must!

3 cups of powdered sugar already tastes so sweet I can’t imagine 6 cups? Do you really use all 6 cups? Thanks for an amazing recipe I keep getting requests to make this!

16 oz powered sugar is two cups. Let me know if I am missing something(?)
