- 14 oz can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
- 13.5 oz Jar Chili Sauce
- 2 lbs Frozen Meatballs
- 1 lb 4 oz Canned Pineapple Chunks or Tidbits
- 15 oz Canned Whole Spear Baby Corn
- 8 oz Canned Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- In a large pot stovetop on medium heat, add 2 lbs frozen meatballs.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together your cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour your sauce mix on top of your frozen meatballs and stir.
- Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Now mix in your pineapple chunks, baby corn, and water chestnuts and stir.
- Cook for a remaining 10-15 minutes
- Serve over a bed of white rice and enjoy!
