Caramel Apple Nachos
Nachos are crunchy, gooey and sprinkled with yummy toppings. Here’s our sweet version blending Nachos and Dessert in one! The assembly is easy and the kids will love to help. Drizzle crunchy apple slices with caramel, add chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Toffee bits would be perfect on these too! Make them for your next potluck or play date for a fun twist on a sweet treat. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 15 Caramels
- 1 tsp Water
- 3-4 Apples
- 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts
- 1/4 cup Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Core apples and cut into 1/4″ slices.
- Heat caramels and water for 30 seconds and stir. Heat in addtitional 5 second increments, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
- Arrange apple slices on plate and drizzle with caramel.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts and serve.
