I love shopping for Christmas wrap, ornaments, etc. on the day after Christmas because the sales are amazing.   You can also find great deals on some of those items that you wanted but maybe didn’t receive.  Or just items your family would like to have!

First, Target and Walmart will begin their Day After Christmas sales online on Christmas Day!  It is expected that they will have even better sales than last year, especially on electronic items like Tablets, eReaders, Smartphones and Laptops.  Also, expect to find great deals on HDTVs.  Stores will want to clear out their 2011 inventory, making room for 2012, so the deals should be pretty hot!

 

If you plan to go to the stores on the Day After Christmas:

  • Target opens 12/26 at 7am and closes at 11pm
  • Walmart opens 12/26 at 5am and then will remain open for their normal 24 hours.
  • Toys R us opens 12/26 at 6am and closes at 10pm

For any other stores and malls, they vary by region and city so give yours a call to see when they open!
