Two places I find they have the cutest babies are on Etsy and Amazon. I find a Baby Elf on the Shelf on Amazon will come to your home quicker.

This is the Girl Elf Baby we adopted in our home and she was so cute, squishy and soft. It also came with tiny baby elf on the shelf accessories.

Do Elf on the Shelf Pets Leave?

Unlike their counterpart, Scout Elves, Elf on the Shelf pets do not leave. They can stay with you all year long. As you continue to cuddle them, you provide special Christmas Spirit to the North Pole for Santa and his helpers!

If you are the recipient of an Elf Pet, you have one rule – cuddle your Elf on the Shelf pet a lot so they gather plenty of Christmas spirit for Santa. It is so nice to have my daughter in on Elf on the Shelf this year. In years past (even on bed rest) I was trying to figure out 1,000s of different ideas to make unique and memorable experiences for my kids. Now that I have 5 kids and my eldest can help, she made this Thanksgiving Pilgrim for me to use Thanksgiving night – welcome back elf! We hope your long journey was great.

Pilgrim. noun – a person who journey’s to a sacred place for religious reasons.

Person – being elf. Journey – his trip from the North Pole. – Religious reasons – well Christmas, of course!

Supplies Needed:

• Elf on the Shelf or Elf on the Shelf Boy Girl Set
• Construction Paper
• Tape

He/She goes and returns from the North Pole each evening. Every morning he can be found in a new location in the house. The Elf has been found in the refrigerator, fishing in the toilet, writing messages on the mirror or hanging from the lights. It is VERY IMPORTANT, the Elf is not touch each evening or his Christmas magic will be lost! Each family is able to name their special elf. The elves return to their home (Santa’s North Pole Work shop) every Christmas Eve. An Elf’s Story can also be found on DVD.

Isn’t this idea so funny. So funny it’s punny. We got a kick out of the humor of our North Pole visitor. He made his own gingerbread house.
