Request: Could you add a link to your CVS and Walgreens lists so we can see the ad that you are using that allows you to know the sales before Sunday?

Angie.. says
ashley- I was wondering i knw it says you have to buy $25 worth of aveeno to get to $10 ECB back. will i be spending $25 even when i use the coupons or will it still print after coupons even though its $25 before coupons are used.trying to figure out how this is going to work and if i will b spending $25 OOP before i can get the ECB back. Thanks.
Frugal Coupon Living says
All the spend $ get $ are before coupon (Aveeno included – isn’t it great!?!)
carriejdean says
Is anyone having trouble printing the Tesemme coupon? Mine is cutting off the bar code, and I have even changed it to landscape and it’s still chopping off the bar code.
Doodle says
Where do you get the P&G Rebate Book? Thanks!
Angie.. says
How are u getting the .67 cent Tresemme. Are you purchaseing 2 of these deals to use the $4/$20 coupon. will you get 2x $5 ECB back in one transaction. Thanks!
Angie.. says
Is cvs like walgreens if you use 3 coupons you must have 3 items purchase. It happened to me at walgreens yesterday when i was purcaseing 2 axe body washes and used 2 coupons and tryed to use a RR also. Thanks!
Frugal Coupon Living says
Lauren, use I heart CVS and I heart walgreens for easy use of finding the ads.
Frugal Coupon Living says
Angie…no, cvs is not. Use as many coupons that fit.
Frugal Coupon Living says
Angie, Treseme is $10/3 – buy $3 for $10. Use 3 $1 coupon totaling 3 for $7. You get back $5 in ECBs so you spent $2 for 3 items – $.67 each
Ashley says
If you’re having problems with the Tresemme coupon, click “print preview” and set your image to 50% in portrait view – you should be able to print without a problem
carriejdean says
Ashley, thank you for responding, I was able to get the Tresemme coupon to print correctly w/o wasting any more ink!
Cindi says
If you print more than 1 $4 off $20 coupon, can you use them in separate transactions or does the CVS card keep track of it?
Frugal Coupon Living says
Doodle, this rebate incentive ended early this year. Sorry.
Hittingtheslopes says
Still a little confused regarding ‘spending X, get Y back in ECB’s’….is the ‘spend $ before coupons or after? I am thinking it’s before, but not sure.
thanks!
Frugal Coupon Living says
hittingtheslopes….spend x (BEFORE coupons) get back y
Hittingtheslopes says
thanks! it’s obvious you are a teacher! ;-)

I was just at CVS for the Tresemme offer. I bought 6 bottles of 24 hour Tresemme(shampoo, conditioner, or styling products). This totaled $20- $4(CVS coupon)-$6($1 tresemme coupons used 6 because I bought 6 products)-$10 Extra Care bucks=free. This was a great deal.
Hittingtheslopes says
I just got back…
bought 6 bottles (**I almost didn’t notice they had to be 24 hour kind!) of Tresemme for $20…-$4 (off of $20 purchase)- $6 coupons-$10 ECB’s=free! Plus, I bought 3 (12pks) coke w/ 3 coupons (1.00 each) from coke points and paid w/ old ECB’s until I had under $2 (started out over $30)! Yay!
AND my cashier was excited for me! Totally makes up for the cashier at Kroger that called her manager and made me feel like a thief yesterday! It wasn’t pretty!
elaine says
CVS would not take my Tresemme coupons…said they would not scan, even the manager checked. How did you guys print them out?
Frugal Coupon Living says
Tresemme Coupon – A friend today at wal-mart told me the same thing! They would not scan. Perhaps when we changed the size of the coupon it messed up the barcode. Too bad – it was a great offer!
Hittingtheslopes says
I didn’t change the size…when I first printed it, it was so large, only half of it printed.
So, I went to ‘file’, ‘print preview’ just to check and see what would print out if I did it again. Then to correct it: I went to ‘file’, ‘print’, ‘properties’ (upper right corner), change orientation to ‘landscape’, then ‘ok’ and printed it (or check print preview to make sure you’ve done it correctly)- this changes it to lengthwise (longest side of paper), yet not the actual size of the barcode. Mine worked great at CVS.
Frugal Coupon Living says
hitting the slopes…great. thanks for letting up know this!
Hittingtheslopes says
Glad to help!
The only thing is they print quite large- but they work and that’s all that matters! ;-)
