Hi Ashley, I’m wondering if you’ve ever used Deal Chicken? I purchased the 7 night condo stay and when I try to activate/confirm/redeem it, it takes me to a bogus website. I’ve read tons of horrible reviews on Deal Chicken on the internet and a lot of claims at the BBB. If I can’t claim it in the next few days, I’ll have to file with my CC company.

Second, here are two numbers to try to resolve your issue – (888) 743-0104 and (855) 436-8483. Hope one of those numbers works for you and resolves your problem.
