How to Make a LEGO Nativity Scene
Do you have a creative child? Give them 12 days of activities to create a final goal – a DIY Christmas Nativity. You do not need a certain number of pieces. you can use whatever colors you want. This will allow you to gather your loose pieces and get crafty and build with building blocks.
LEGO Nativity Instructions
Follow these Nativity directions for how to use the Lego Advent Calendar.
- Print your LEGO nativity cards.
- Cut LEGO cards and place by order of day.
- Each day take a card and make the LEGO figure to add to your nativity scene.
- Read the accompanying Christmas Bible verse after (or before) you build.
- When all LEGO figures have been completed, read the full story of Christmas found in Matthew 1:18 -2:12: Luke 2:1-20.
For the LEGO printables, step-by-step nativity figure instructions are not included. Rather your child is given a a list of what to make each day. Let your child get creative with the pieces they have to create each character of the LEGO Christmas Nativity Set.
We suggest keeping the final pieces as you go, so you have a full nativity set when done. However, if you do not have a huge stash of LEGOs, you can build each day and then build something different the next day.
