Prep your skin. Exfoliate your skin and get rid of try skin. Do not apply moisturizer.

Wear dark, loose fitting clothes after session. During a spray tan, if you choose to wear a bikini, wear  a dark one you do not mind getting stained.

Apply a thick moisturizer as barrier cream. Keep it thick. Apply to fingers, hands, toes, knuckles, cuticles, bottoms and sides of feet.

Wait for it. Do not shower or get your skin wet for at least 4 hours. You will gradually notice an increase in color.
