One reader, below, did get a response stating that Amazon is looking into the problem and will get back with her in 3 – 5 business days. This is different from the first emails where the amount was credit back to your card/account.

Order these about an hour ago…Scout is 17.96 and Violet is 15.00. Used the code which did only take off $3.00/each. Emailed customer service and got this reply:

Did you receive a similar email when you purchased Violet? Not sure how other people are getting a email response that indicates the code problem will be fixed.

Wanted to updated I am on the phone currently with LeapFrog for the second time in two days. They have updated the code and they are no longer offering the $10 off, they have now adjusted it to only 20% off. This will be the discount from now on.
