Cinnamon Dolce Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan place water, sugars, cinnamon, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a low boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stir in vanilla.
- Remove from heat, and remove cinnamon stick. If desired strain through a cheesecloth or coffee filter to remove excess cinnamon powder.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes and pour into container of choice.
