2014 Store Return Policies
If you are looking for a list of stores and return polices for the 2014 Holiday Season, take a list below.
- If you bought an item between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24, 2014 that has a normal return policy of 15 or 30 days, we extended the time you had to make a return by starting to count those days on Dec. 26, 2014. Items that have the usual 90-day return window must be still be returned within 90 days of purchase.

- Pre-owned Guarantee: This pre-owned product has been carefully tested, and is guaranteed to work. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 7 days for your money back or identical exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- New product returns: Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in sellable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer’s warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.

- Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange.
- Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or packing slip, the Target policy board (refund exceptions), Target.com or in the item department. This will also be displayed during the checkout process if purchased on Target.com.
- Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange
- All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Bundle components may not all have the same return policy. Please check your packing slip for details.

- Items purchased at Walgreen’s may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after they are purchased. Refunds equaling the full purchase price of the items will be issued to customers who possess original receipts. Without receipts, customers will be given refund or exchanges in the amounts of the lowest price advertised. Refunds issued without receipts are only given as store credit and are refunded onto the customer’s W card. Valid photo identification is necessary to receive a refund or to exchange merchandise

Bed Bath and Beyond Return Policy
- You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange to any of stores nationwide or to their returns processing center.Get a pre-paid shipping label with every order. Just follow the simple instructions below and be sure to read their guidelines to make your return hassle-free.

- Will accept returns for most items in new condition, with original packaging. Remember to include all paperwork, such as manuals and assembly instructions, and all accessories. A valid proof of purchase must be presented as well to ensure credit.

- Purchases made October 19-December 24, 2014 may be returned through January 23, 2015.
- Normal 30-day return window will apply to all purchases made beginning December 25, 2014.

- With Original Sales Receipt: Within 90 days of purchase, Hobby Lobby will gladly exchange the merchandise, give a store credit, or issue a refund based on the original method of payment. There will be a wait of 10 calendar days on check purchases, or merchandise credit can be issued.
- Without Original Sales Receipt: You may exchange the merchandise or be issued a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 60 days. Valid ID is required.

Michael’s Craft Store Return Policy
- With a Receipt (In Stores or Via Mail): If your Michaels.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 90 days of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to a Michaels store or by mail. If you want to return an item by mail,
- Without a Receipt (In Stores): If you would like to return an item within 90 days of purchase but do not have the receipt, you will be required to present a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include U.S., Canada or Mexico Driver’s License, U.S. state-issued ID, Canadian Provincial ID, Passport or U.S. Military ID. The item value will be verified and retained by the Michaels associate.

- Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed, unworn and in sellable condition, to any U.S. store. Gymboree merchandise must be returned to Gymboree locations only. Gymboree retail stores are unable to accept merchandise returns from Gymboree Outlet stores. All merchandise returns are subject to a 24-hour re-stocking period. All sales are final after 180 days.

A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price will be issued for online or in store purchases within 14 days after the date of the original purchase. To receive a price adjustment for an online purchase, please contact the customer service number. For in store purchases, the original receipt must be presented in store to receive an adjustment to the selling price that is currently being offered.
