Two places I find they have the cutest babies are on Etsy and Amazon. I find a Baby Elf on the Shelf on Amazon will come to your home quicker.

This is the Girl Elf Baby we adopted in our home and she was so cute, squishy and soft. It also came with tiny baby elf on the shelf accessories.

What is Elf on the Shelf?

Elf on the Shelf is a Christmas Tradition. The tradition has a book and a elf doll. The book is poetic and in rhyme sharing the purpose of the Elf’s visits. The Elf visits each Thanksgiving. He/She goes and returns from the North Pole each evening. Every morning he can be found in a new location in the house. The Elf has been found in the refrigerator, fishing in the toilet, writing messages on the mirror or hanging from the lights. It is VERY IMPORTANT, the Elf is not touch each evening or his Christmas magic will be lost! Each family is able to name their special elf. The elves return to their home (Santa’s North Pole Work shop) every Christmas Eve. An Elf’s Story can also be found on DVD.

Do Elf on the Shelf Pets Leave?

Unlike their counterpart, Scout Elves, Elf on the Shelf pets do not leave. They can stay with you all year long. As you continue to cuddle them, you provide special Christmas Spirit to the North Pole for Santa and his helpers!

How do Elf on the Shelf Pets Work?

If you are the recipient of an Elf Pet, you have one rule – cuddle your Elf on the Shelf pet a lot so they gather plenty of Christmas spirit for Santa. Your cuddles and love to the Elf on the Shelf Fox, Reindeer or St Bernard Dog,  give your Elf pets magic. You can share those cuddles all year long as the Elf pets do not return to the North Pole with Santa Claus and the Elves.

If you have been with us a long time, you know we are obsessed with The Elf on the Shelf. In fact, we have been giving you Elf on the Shelf Ideas all season long.
