Are you a fan of Girl Scout Cookies? Do you love the sweet taste of chocolate mixed with coconut and caramel? If so, this recipe is just up your alley. In our Samoa Latte we have bought all the favorites of a classic Girl Scout Cookie mixed with everyone’s favorite get me through the day drink – coffee! Ingredients:

• 8 oz strong Coffee or Espresso
• 1 cup Coconut Milk
• 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
• Caramel Syrup
• Chocolate Syrup
• Cool Whip

Directions:

1. Heat coconut milk in a small pan for 2-3 minutes do not let it boil.
2. Place 1 tsp chocolate syrup and 1 tsp caramel syrup in the bottom of two mugs.
3. Pour 4oz coffee into each mug.
4. Top each drink with 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
5. Add cool whip and garnish with caramel and chocolate syrups.
6. Top with coconut shreds.

Serving: 2 drinks
