I was able to find an online version of the magazine with the coupon in it. Do you think we can print that and use it or is that ‘illegal’??

In the November issue of Family Fun, it is on page 108e. There is a special section called “Little Ones” right after the “Toy of the Year” section. In the “Little Ones” section, the coupon is on an ad directly across from the instructions to make the Cheery Cupcake Wrapper Wreath and Gingerbread Babies. At least, it was in mine.
