COPYCAT CHILI’S COOKIE SKILLET – AKA PIZOOKIE

This recipe is one our favorite desserts! We love going to Chili’s and grabbing the cookie dessert.

It’s warm, cold, crunchy and creamy, it has everything you want in a sweet treat! 

CHILI’S SKILLET COOKIE INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Sugar – Brown Sugar – Vanilla – Egg – Flour – Baking Soda – Salt –  Chocolate Chips

CHILI’S COOKIE SKILLET DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Place small skillet or 8″ round pan over low heat and melt butter.

Add sugar, brown sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended.

Add in chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool 10 minutes. Cut into slices and top with vanilla ice cream.
